At Stratford Price Painting, we believe in giving people a clear path to success and being transparent about how to rise to any level within the company. Even an ownership level. It is a very humbling thing when someone decides to work for us, they choose us over all other options in their life.

We recognize that as loyalty. We express our loyalty back through clear job descriptions, competitive compensation, training programs, performance evaluations, incentive programs, showing you the path to reach any level of success you want, and supporting you along the way. We encourage you to share your ideas and we run the company with youthful energy.

We are always making changes to make the company better and make your experience working with us better. We believe painting is an honorable trade filled with people who take pride in making things beautiful, making customers raving fans of us, and protecting things from deteriorating.

After a probation period, all of our full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, long term disability coverage (kicks in after WCB coverage stops), and extended health coverage including dental, paramedicals, travel coverage, prescriptions, ambulance and more. Details of specifics are provided to serious applicants during their interview process.

Our president and our VP operations started out in this company with a paint brush and coveralls. In the case of our president, he also had a broken arm. Ask him about it sometime, it’s a good story. Some of our office guys climbed quickly and now work as partners in other ventures with the management team. No matter what position you’re in, all you have to ever ask is, “What’s it take to get here instead?” and we’ll show you the way.

We genuinely believe that care and attention flows downhill. We make sure that you are well taken care of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We find that when our employees are satisfied and provided for, they’re much happier and eager to show that same attention to their work and to the clients they interact with. When the clients are happy, they take care of us. This way, we all win, and it all starts with our investment in you.

We know that if a company isn’t growing, it’s dying. With an age-old industry like painting, we pay attention to the tried-and-true while bringing new innovation and life to the industry so we can manage all the crazy things that we pull off. The only way we can manage what we do is by listening to everyone in the company, and keeping a pulse on what the problems and growing pains are. Your voice isn’t just important. It’s a critical piece of our success.

We’ve taken all the good stuff from corporate business minus the shirt and tie culture. We take care of our company and the systems in it so we don’t have to worry about it so much, and can spend that time with you guys instead. We do wing nights. We do escape rooms. We go bowling and shut the place down. Having a good time makes everything about what we do super rewarding, so get ready to throw down what you’ve got!

Do you want to use your talents to make memorable experiences for clients? Do you want to be able to showcase your work to the world?

Our clients rely on us to provide an unmatched quality of service. We rely on our teams to bring that service to life. We’d love to talk to you and see if you have what it takes to work for our team.
